I am a self-taught photographer with a passion for capturing lovely things. I have four years experience in documenting people’s weddings and aim to provide a personalised service for each of my clients. I do this by discussing important details and customising packages for everybody, to meet their desires and expectations.
I love weddings and feel very honoured to be such an important part of people’s special day. All weddings are unique and I appreciate all types; from intimate garden settings to large, extravagant events, I aim to record all the important details, big and small.
I approach photography with a relaxed attitude and avoid being obtrusive. I like people to feel comfortable and natural, as this results in the loveliest photos. I think that the best wedding photos are candid, natural and taken with natural light.
I think of my work as offering people a service that is boutique and completely tailored to suit one’s needs. Weddings are so important and I know how much effort, time and money are filtered into them. Because of this, photos must capture emotions and provide a way to keep precious memories forever.
I do not take on more than two weddings per month, as I like to be able to give my full attention to each one and give the time and consideration needed for every photograph during the post-processing stage. I may sometimes use a back-up photographer, depending on the size of the wedding but I mostly work alone. All of these details are discussed prior to the day.
People who are looking for a professional but inconspicuous photographer, who hangs in the background as much as possible, loves what they do and really cares about the results, will be in the right place with me. I will gently guide you when necessary and aim to make even the most camera shy people feel comfortable in front of my camera.
